Re-Recording Mixer

Since arriving at Sony Pictures in 2013, Ryan Collins has contributed to dozens of feature film and television projects including The Magnificent Seven, Sausage Party, Southpaw and Bloodline. He received an Emmy Award nomination for his work on True Detective. He is also a seven-time MPSE Golden Reel Award nominee. He has supervised and/or mixed sound for such titles as Penny Dreadful: City of Angels, The Outsider, On Becoming a God in Central Florida, Black and Blue and 12 Years a Slave.

Collins is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College and began his career as an audio engineer with Audio Post in his hometown of Philadelphia. Relocating to the West Coast, he quickly advanced to sound editor and re-recording mixer while working on scores of film, television and documentary projects.
